take US-11 S.  At Watertown Turn RIGHT onto ARSENAL ST / NY-3. Continue to follow NY-3. Merge onto I-81 S. Take EXIT 20 toward FRANKLIN ST / WEST ST . Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto BUTTERNUT ST . Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto ramp. Merge onto N WEST ST . Turn RIGHT onto MARCELLUS ST .  Turn LEFT onto OSWEGO ST.

 From the East:

Take I-90 W / NEW YORK STATE THRUWAY W toward BUFFALO (Portions toll). Merge onto I-481 S via EXIT 34A toward SYRACUSE / CORTLAND .  Merge onto I-690 W via EXIT 4 toward SYRACUSE .  Take the WEST ST exit- EXIT 11.  Merge onto N WEST ST .  Turn RIGHT onto MARCELLUS ST . Turn LEFT onto OSWEGO ST .

 From the West:

follow I-90 E / NEW YORK STATE THRUWAY E via the ramp on the LEFT toward ALBANY (Portions toll).  Merge onto I-690 E via EXIT 39 toward SYRACUSE / FAIRGROUNDS. Take the WEST ST / W GENESEE ST exit- EXIT 11-12- toward DOWNTOWN.  Take the WEST ST exitEXIT 11- on the LEFT toward ONCENTER.  Merge onto N WEST ST.  Turn RIGHT onto MARCELLUS ST.  Turn LEFT onto OSWEGO ST.  OR  Take Rte 20 east to I-81N  follow South directions
